Cancellation Policy:

Reservations canceled during non-holiday periods:
 <24 hrs notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100%
 >24 hrs notice will not be charged a cancellation fee

Reservations canceled during holiday periods:
 <24 hrs notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire reservation amount
 24 - 72hrs notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire reservation amount
 >72 hrs notice will not be charged a cancellation fee

Holiday Fees:

A fee of $5 per visit will be added for visits scheduled on the following days:

Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), July 2nd-4th, Labor Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), Thanksgiving Weekend (Thu-Sun), December 24th - January 2nd

Weather policy:

All cancellation fees will be waived in the case of extreme weather (i.e. flooding rains, severe thunderstorms, hail storms, ice storms, and tropical storms). See our weather policy below:
In order to keep our pet sitters safe, we reserve the right to cancel non-essential visits if road conditions are hazardous. We will make every effort to complete our scheduled visits for our “home alone” pets, but the timing of visits may vary depending on the weather/road conditions.
In order to keep your pets and our sitters safe from overheating, we reserve the right to shorten walks during the summer months. The remainder of our visit will be spent indoors.
